Each of us has a different style for communicating – what is yours??  What about your staff or colleagues?  Imagine being understood first time every time!

Each of your staff members have their own preferred communication style, they each have their own unique way of contributing to the team and preferred way of receiving appreciation.  As a Manager it is your job to understand each team member and how to bring out the best in them learn practical and simple tools to assist you to determine the strengths of each team member, how to best praise them, give them feedback and show them appreciation.  The result will be a happier, more connected, engaged and productive team.
